Quan Martin has some major explaining to do.

The Washington Commanders are going to look back at this loss on Monday Night Football to the Chicago Bears as the one that got away.

They had the win in their hands after fighting back from a 13-point deficit, but several plays throughout the contest changed the outcome. Things seemed to be going their way after Washington scored a touchdown to go up 24-16, but things changed for the worse after that.

The Bears got the ball, and Quan Martin missed his worst tackle of the season. His missed tackle allowed the Bears to score a 55-yard touchdown that blew the game wide open again.

That was just one of two moments that fans are questioning during the game.

Last week, Quan Martin was the hero when he caused a fumble to change the contest’s momentum against the Chargers, which led to a huge victory.

This week, he went from hero to zero.

“Ayo, somebody do a background check on Quan because I can bet that mf is betting,” one fan said.

“I’d play savage over Martin all day. I don’t care if he’s better at stopping the run. Anything is better than Martin at this point,” a second fan added.

“wtf did I just watch? This mf shaving points or sum ??? 😭,” a third fan said of Quan Martin.

“This is the type of stuff that makes me think the NFL is rigged. And if this was an honest effort, the player would be off my roster the next day, no questions asked. Idc who it was,” one final fan wrote.

Martin wasn’t the only player to catch backlash as Jayden Daniels rubbed fans the wrong way for his odd behavior after the team lost a winnable game.

The Bears may have won the game, but they lost even more when DJ Moore had to be hospitalized immediately after the game.
